MY STORY
Every empire begins with a story — and mine began before I had the words for it. I was adopted, and that single truth became the lens through which I would come to understand everything about identity, belonging, and purpose.
Growing up, I wrestled with questions of identity that shaped how I saw myself and my place in the world — leading me to wonder where I truly belonged, who I was meant to become, and what it would mean to finally feel at home in my own story. But through that wrestling, I also discovered something powerful: your story is not a liability. It is your greatest asset.
Today I am not only a woman who found her way — I am a mother, pouring everything I've learned into the next generation with intention and love. I bring more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, which has sharpened my ability to see people, build systems, and lead with both strategy and heart.

That conviction led me to create Jamison Alexander Publishing, to found ARC, and to build Winchester Ford Enterprises. I write books to heal. I build companies to empower. I advocate because I remember what it felt like to need someone in my corner.
